It's free and easy to create an account on Walmart.ca.
You can choose to create an account at any time, or wait until you are ready to place an order.
To create an account at any time, click Create New Account under the Welcome tab at the top of any page.
- Enter your name, email address and date of birth.
- Create a password and reenter your password to confirm.
If you'd rather wait until you are ready to place an order, you will be prompted to create an account in order to checkout.
Creating an account provides these benefits:
You'll be able to manage your personal information and newsletter preferences.
You can store unlimited names and addresses in your account's address book. Your address book makes checkout and gift giving quick and simple.
Create, modify or delete payment methods for your account. You can also set a default payment method to make it faster to complete your purchases.
You'll be able to see the status of your order and track it once it ships.
You can quickly view the last five orders you placed. If you don't see your order in the list, click on the "View Order History" link to see all your orders.Create an Account Now
For most orders, you can use the Track My Order feature from My Account to follow your package's progress.
Your Order History lets you review your current and past orders and get updates on your order status. To view your Order History:
- Go to My Account and sign in.
- Click the Order History link on the left of the screen.
- View the details of each order by clicking View Order Details.
If you can't remember your password, we'll email it to you shortly after you follow these easy steps:
- Go to My Account (located at the top of each page).
- Click Forgot Your Password? link.
- Enter and confirm your email address and press the Send[Submit] button.
We'll send a code and link to reset your password to the email address you've provided. Follow the link to enter the code and reset your password. Make sure you check your spam filters if the message does not arrive promptly.Get your password now!
You can change your email address, password, shipping information, and billing and payment information for your Walmart.ca account. Simply sign into your account, and choose the area of information you'd like to change. For your convenience, here are common choices:
- Change Your Email Address & Password Now
- Add to or Change Your Shipping Information Now
- Change Your Billing and Payment Information Now
- Go to "Welcome, [Your Name]" (located at the top of each page).
- Click Manage Account..
- Go to the "Accounts Setting" section and click Manage Profile.
- Go to the "Your Newsletters" section and click Edit Information to change your preferences.
- Go to the "Your Lifestyles and Interests" section and click Edit Information to change your preferences.
- Click Save.
Have a saved shopping list? You can edit your existing lists, add a new list, or manage the items you've saved. Just sign into your account, and click the Manage my lists link in the My Lists area.
From this area, you can:
- Edit existing list names
- View and manage existing lists
- See pricing and availability for both online ordering and your local store for items saved to your lists
- Create and delete lists
- Print lists for easy in-store shopping
- Email lists to friends and family
Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Order on the "Confirm and Submit" page.There is a limited time after you submit your order when it may be possible to change your shipping address, shipping method or payment method, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be modified.
To request a modification after you have submitted your order, please contact customer service with your order number for quick resolution.
Due to varying item availability and warehouse locations, your items may be shipped separately when you place an order for multiple items. We will not charge you extra shipping fees for split shipments.
The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately, and you can use Track Your Order in your account to see if the rest of your order is on its way.

The Walmart.ca website also has a digital certificate from Verisign, Inc., a leading provider of Internet trust services. When you enter a secure portion of a website, which is any page containing any of your account information, a Verisign logo should appear on the page. If you click on this image, a small pop-up window displaying website security information will appear. This certificate indicates that your personal information is transmitted in encrypted form to a Walmart.ca web server, not to some unknown or unauthorized server.
