This can was a great value on Cyber Monday! It is sleek and the can opens with ease. It is sleek and looks great in my kitchen!

Great Trash Can

If you often find yourself needing both hands to get your trash to the trash can, then this can is for you! It looks very nice, works great and doesn't take much space. I no longer have to look at the flaps of my plastic liner bags hanging over the edge with this can. It is designed to hide them inside the can. I like the on and off switch it has on the back for preserving battery life. I have a rather small kitchen and the slim design of these cans doesn't take up much space. I have two of them sitting side by side and they just look so nice. I'd recommend this can to everyone!

Great space saver

Works great and as advertised. Had a very similar brand that lasted 10 years. This ones improved; bag installation is easier. Walmart price beat Amazon.

I am very pleased with it. I needed the slim design for my small kitchen. After putting the batteries in it (4 D size not included), it works great. I am waiting to see how long the batteries will last.

9 stars motion sensor trash can

I visited a friend and she had this trash can. The moment I saw it I knew my family needed one to help solve a daily problem....to stop the dogs trying to get goodies out of the trash. I ordered one that night from the Walmart web site and it came within a week! Sure enough, our dogs have stopped digging in the trash! They are curious about the lid automatically going up BUT when the lid comes down suddenly they are surprised and loose interest with the yummy smells inside! It has CHANGED our lives!!!!! You'll love this trash can!!!!

This waste can is very  pretty and makes the look of a waste can in my  kitchen look pretty classy. Who wants to look at an ugly waste can. I love how it opens and closes after I deposit the trash. No hands need touch the waste can .

this is my second nine stars sensor trash can, i had to replace the first one, cause the sensor wasnt working, i hope I have better luck with this one. However it came with a few dents on the bottom/side of the can, but I couldnt afford the postage back , so I just kept it. I gave it 4 stars because of the dents. (the box was not dented, so it had to be packaged that way.

love my trash can

I really like the look of this garbage can...it also "seems" bigger than my former can. The only thing I am not happy about is the sensitivity of the opener. Because my kitchen is SO small, it is hard not to be working in the kitchen and not constantly be causing the lid to open! One fun fact...the dog is also able to initiate the opener and it always freaks him out!

Like I said the sensor was really pain in the neck, you have to wave at certain spot in order to open and no matter how hard me and my wife tried it would take us 5-6 waves of hands to get it to open. Of course there is Open and Close button that you could press but then it's not touchless, is it! Also you need 4 D batteries for the sensor to work.

Sensor did not respond well

It did not work out of the box and must not have been tested before packaging. It was a gift for my sister (Texas) who is in a wheelchair. Her hired man discarded the box and tried to fix it rather than try to return it so I am sure the warranty if any is now void. I am reluctant to buy another one. No stars. Does Walmart read these reviews?
