My home sits on a very wooded lot which results in my being bitten by just about everything from mosquitos to spiders when maintaining the lawn. One bite too many on my face prompted the purchase of these nets. They work great and keep every biting insect away from my face. They seem pretty durable and should last a while.

For less than $3, this is an amazing value. We had been watching for them in several different stores and they were never in stock. Decided to order them on line and we had them in about a week. They work great to keep the bugs off your face, but be advised they do not include the hat that appears on the box. You really need something to keep the netting off of your face, or the insects will still bite or bother you. So far we have only used them one time while night fishing with lights. No problems yet with the durability, but I am not prepared to say they are durable. The netting is soft and flexible which makes them comfortable to use, but may make them a little less durable. For the price, if they tear or a seam rips, I will order another and a spare or two. I am well satisfied with my purchase.

Great value for a head insect net!

I got tired of swallowing gnats during my morning walks up in the mountains. This head net is perfect. Very comfortable (you forget you're wearing it) and you can breath without worrying about bugs flying into your orifices.

I would keep something else around my neck, it's a little short in the back but works great. Keeps the little buggers out that's what counts.

Great for the money

Mosquitos love me but they no longer can eat me alive.  I wear the netting from head to toe and those pesky blood suckers can no longer feast on me. It is lightweight and easy to wear.

Keeps mosquitos off

My husband takes care of a preserve of approximately 20 acres. This is the first of its kind in our City. He keeps the path walkable and helps with the removal of invasive plants. The nets work perfectly for putting over your head to keep Mosquitos away. He bought a couple of extras for those who help with the project.

This was a cheap and effective solution to an annoying problem. If the bugs are unbearable during our hike, we just put these over our heads. They work greet over ballcaps or visors. They are tolerable over a bare head, but better if you have a hat brim to pull the netting away from your face. You kind of see the mesh when you wear them,  but it's no big deal when we're hiking. They absolutely Leo the darn bugs off your face.

Cheap and effective

excellent. keeps the gnats out of your eyes, ears, and nose -- and even your mouth. i was bitten by a gnat near the tear duct. ended up with intense burning, itching, and swelling of the whole side of my face. went to ER for treatment.

I think it would be better to be larger in diameter. I bought it to find the yellow jacket nest.

Is an inexpensive, lightweight head net, but seems a little short, should have made it a bit longer to cover the neck and shoulders better.

Coleman Mosquito Head Net

I ended up not getting the Coleman  head net I received some off brand one. I guess I don't care since I need it for my trip to Greenland.
