Works great.  Not as costly as other similar items

Good Buy

I am a quad and my foot kept falling off the bed.  I like it because it keeps my foot on the bed.  But, I developed a little sore on my knee from my knee leaned up on the frame all night.  I use a rolled up towel to cushion the frame.  Its still the best thing I could find.

This bed rail is actually very nicely made. However, it really isn't tall enough at all! It is barely 4 inches above my son's twin mattress! Also, the strap that is supposed to go on the other side of the mattress to hold it doesn't even reach. So unless you have a really thin mattress I would not recommend buying this, because it's not of too much use. I did still leave it there until I get a new one, and hopefully my son will feel the bar there and not fall out of bed. It was good for everyone to get a chuckle out of it, because it made no sense for a bed rail to be that short!!

Not tall enough AT ALL!!

Extremely small, I thought it would be a little longer. It would be perfect for a toddler bed but nothing else.

Disappointed

I got this for my 2.5 year old when we switched to a twin bed. It worked ok, but he seemed to be able to wiggle the rails out with little problem, however last night I just so happened to go in and check on him, there is a strap that is supposed to lock the rail in to place, he had managed to pull the rail out and then the strap, the strap was wrapped in a complete circle around his neck and he was laying on the ground with a red face. By some miracle he ended up being totally fine, but I thinknif I hadn't gone in to check on him what could have happened. I threw this bed rail out immediately. It's obviously not very reliable if a 2 year old can unhook it all and then pull the strap out and then wrap it around his neck. This could have had a devastating outcome. I chose this because it was supposed to be safe. I hope this review possibly saves a life. DO NOT BUY THIS.
