Great, well weighted. The handles of the rope could be a bit sturdier, but as long as you're not throwing the thing around that shouldn't be too big of a deal. There aren't any real instructions for how to remove the endclips on the rope itself in order to adjust the length, but after a bit of messing around with it I figured it out. Overall, it does what it's supposed to do and I'm very happy with it

Great little skipping rope.  Easy to adjust to the correct length.  Heavy enough for high-speed skipping.  Hurts a bit if you miss since the plastic snaps the skin.

Not sure why the box says it's a rope for 'men' though... only slightly sexist.

Great skipping rope!

I bought this because my sister had purchased a similar one elsewhere.  The weighted handles work nicely and the weights dont move around in them, but the rope itself is very cheap.  I dont find it durable, and even though I've been using it over a month, it is still bent and twisted from being in the packaging.  It has not relaxed no matter what I have tried.   
It works, its okay, but I'll be looking for a better option
