Fast delivery , Correct order and the Xbox X works perfectly

Great online service

Almost everything works, but...the console has some obvious cosmetic marks and dings, which I get, its refurbished afterall, but it was shipped loose in a box with one sheet of bubble wrap on the top that didn't wrap around the sides, and a plastic bag underneath for some reason.  This easily could have been super damaged as a result.  I have no idea if these were original marks and dings or what the story is there.

The controller's thumbsticks are quite worn.  The left thumbstick doesn't click when pressed.  Makes it hard to tell when its actually being pressed.  The controller was also disgusting.  I had to scrape a heavy coating of grey/brown grime out of every seam and off of every button.  Said this sytem was cleaned in the add...maybe blasted with compressed air?  It's definitely not cleaned.

Ok with some gripes

Hard to rate a purchase positively when they send the wrong product. Ordered an Xbox One X and was sent an Xbox One S. Merchant offered a refund with me having to facilitate the return. Too bad for me I suppose.
