Nice n sleek w Android 13, purchased in Canada, but when we set it up Canada wasn't a region option?? Very strange so we chose Australia just to get past that screen, and then we changed it to Canada after the fact.. So far so good..

The tablet is great , the only thing I was disappointed was there is no outlet for ear phones . Otherwise it works well .

Samsung galaxy 9 tablet

Decent tablet for watching Netflix etc. Tight integration with Samsung store etc could be a plus or minus depending on on your point of view.

No major downsides.  Everything I expected to get I got.  Only strange thing was the region lock.  The tablet is locked to South East Asia. I had to pick Australia during the setup.  Might mean the WiFi transmit power and bands are not completely correct for Canada.  Don't care. If CRTC comes to after me I will tell them to go bite Walmart.

Up until recently I've been using a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 but I needed an upgrade as one third of my screen wasn't working when the tablet had been set to stand by for a while, or if it was to cool.

I saw the Samsung galaxy tab A9+ on sale for $100 off in an email and the offer was too good to pass up.

When the tablet first arrived, I was a little confused on how to set it up because there was no location for Canada. Turns out, this tablet was an international tablet and you have to choose a different region, and then once you get through the rest of the startup process it will automatically update to your region if you have Wi-Fi connection. The email ad did not make this clear and the initial confusion is actually why I have taken one star off of the review.

One of the best features that I've seen with this tablet so far is the ease of access from switching from the old tablet, to the new one. All I had to do was download an app on my old tablet and I was able to transfer all my data over without having to manually install anything. This was a huge time save and much appreciated to see something like that exists.

This tablet is incredibly thin. And this helps keep the weight down so it doesn't become cumbersome or heavy to carry over time. At least if you're carrying the tablet by itself. If you get yourself a carrying case like I did, it becomes considerably heavier, but not to the point that it can be carried by any means.

This tablet performs well so far. Being able to pick up the games that I normally play and have them look considerably better and run considerably smoother over the Samsung galaxy tab A7 is a huge benefit for me. The improved Wi-Fi speeds is also a nice benefit. Downloading new apps happens very quickly and when running a speed test is getting over 300 Mbps down and around the same for up as well. The Wi-Fi connection with this tablet is literally 10 times faster than was with the previous tablet I had is getting around 30 to 40 Mbps down with that.

There are some settings I actually had to turn off because I was not a fan of them, mainly the adaptive brightness setting. I typically set in a dimly lit room or a dark room lit up by just my television or computer screen and the brightness will go down as far as he could and I could hardly see the tablet I don't find the adaptive brightness to be very beneficial and I actually find it to be frustrating because it makes actually hard to see what you're trying to do.

The 64 gigabytes of storage and 4 gigabytes of RAM are a nice benefit. After moving everything over for my old tablet that had 32 gags, I still have around 40 gigs free and the extra RAM makes things so fast and responsive switching between apps. There's no long delays or lag it just works quickly.

One other issue I do have though and I've not been able to resolve it so far, since switching over to this new tablet my a smartwatch struggling to track my steps I was not having this issue until I switched over to the new tablet switched my smartwatch over to this new tablet. I've yet to figure out the problem and I've had to reach out to the company that makes the app for my smartwatch to see if they know what's going on. So one thing to keep in mind is not everything may be compatible from a previous device to the current one.

Lastly, I just want to talk about the size of the screen. The screen is massive coming in at 11 inches. Using it every night to watch a couple of videos before bed while laying in bed, it feels like I'm actually able to see everything really well and it looks so crystal clear. One thing I'm not a fan of is the coloring seems to be a little warmer than what I prefer and I haven't been able to find any settings to adjust tween a warm, neutral, and cool tone. Everything does have a little bit of a brownish hue to it, and it's not caused by mode that uses eyestrain as I have that turned off.

A Nice Upgrade from My Samsung Galaxy Tab A7

This was a gift for my son. Sadly there's no option for Canada when he was trying to set it up. Unsure who to contact regarding it.

1 glitch

Delivery date kept changing. This was a Christmas gift & i knew i ordered it too kate for the day, but advised it wld be there on Dec 27th. Then the 39th, than the 3rd, than the 12th. When I called & said it could be the 24th!
Thankfully it came 9th, as I  was ready to cancel & ask for my money back.
Honestly not sure if i will order from you again.

Late delivery

I wrote saying you advertise 64GB 4 Gb and the description in text below describes 128 on bord memory. Also it's didn't say about not being Canadian or US edition. I had to set it to some foreign country in Africa to download the software. I'm still having problems that Samsung Canada has tried to fix. Nobody at local Walmart store in Rimouski Quebec has enough tech knowledge to help me. Nobody at Walmart replied, I will not "let go" I'very been using Samsung tablets for years.

A scam buying online with Walmart

It's was really long to get it. I order this tablet dec 25 and just received it. I just try to open it this morning and nothing work. I call Samsung and I call the samsung repair shop to know what  to do and both place tell me that I should return the tablet. So if I could rate this order I would put 0 stars.
