I have been using this product for a couple of years. I am a 27 year old male, I find that the mens version, only available in Medium/Large are to big since my waist is about 31 inches. These work just fine for me, they provide enough coverage in the front. They work really well in the day, and could be used during the night. They are very comfortable and absorbent, and have very good odor control. This underwear does not become loose and fall off after wearing for longer periods of time, they always stay put and snug on your body. I would recommend this product to anyone, men or women, who are looking for a product that is super reliable, discrete, and comfortable throughout the day. If you are active, need a pull up style underwear that absorbs a good amount of liquid then these will work for you. I have included some photos of the product in new condition out of the package to show how well they are constructed.

I think everything about it is excellent, never saw a pad or panty put together so well. Great work. I've watched you grow in skill in planning and finally using the wisdom that God gave, then a light bulb went on in your brain and you because the best, not just a company that sell pads and pull-ups, no, NO, NO, But one who sells the one and only that out last them all, and more!! Your the best. Been telling you this for years. I knew that you had it in you to be the best. I've been using you when you first hit me eye on the shelf, you just stood out from the rest. I gave these a try as opposed to my usual Tena product, The material is quite soft, and the absorbancy is quite good. The downside is that this absorbancy come from a great amount of bulk in the crotch area, which is noticeable even when dry. A bigger problem is that the pant doesn't rise high enough. It fits like a hipster AND tends to roll down OFF the hips A higher waistband with a stronger elastic would be a great improvement. Any attempt to try to make what are basically pullups for grownups look like underwear is to be commended A few tweaks would bring this up several stars

Not what I had hoped

I alternate between the Overnight pads which I use most days, occasionally wearing the Super Plus Heavy underwear when I may be out for extended periods. My incontinence is usually a sudden need without much warning and the underwear protects me quite well in this regard. My only complaint is that the size Large is a bit too small, and I wish the XLarge were a bit smaller, therefore a little snugger through the hips. Otherwise,, I'm sold on TENA products. We are on a 14 day cruise next year,, I will be packing a complete supply with me.

The product is good, as good as it can be. No problems with them. At least my Mom never said otherwise. My only issue is the shipping process. Using Canada Post is horrible. Of the 5 items I purchased I had to retrieve 3 of them at the local post office. I will say that the office is as far if not just a little closer than the closest Walmart in my area. I order these items for delivery for a specific reason, The need of having it delivered to a "shut in". Wish there was a choice of shipment carrier, I know I would NOT select CP.

Good product

She has always liked these but has needed MORE protection lately. And the makers of Tena Undergarments have such an item. Unfortunately - they do not sell them - We have to go the the Tena website and order them.

We wish that they would carry the Tena Stretch Super Brief's. But - as of today's date they do not. And that is a shame because am sure others would like to use these for their loved ones needs a well.

Maybe when they read this they will consider "expanding" their line of these great Tena products.,

I purchased this product for my niece who is disabled and unable to use the bathroom on her own. We were using Depends, but they are not absorbent and somehow the urine and * leaks out. We had to double-up when we're going out during the day and at night. Not so with TENA! They look more like underwear and less like diapers. And they are superabsorbent. My niece is 80 lbs and the small/medium fits well. Walmarts price is also better than RiteAid. It is several dollars cheaper. I highly recommend this product!

Very absorbent, excellent product!

This is a great fit for my Mom (98 lbs and barely 5 ft tall) and is absorbent with good odor control.
Capacity for overnite accidents.
Very convenient to order on line and have it delivered.
It is a pull up and when wet -- sides can be pulled apart for easy removal,
however to put new one on you must remove shoes and slacks for new pull-up.
I'd like a version that is wrap around with velcro or stick tabs for travel.
Maybe they wouldn't be as leak-proof around the leg.

Excellent product for price and use

This was purchased for my mom. She is an authority on protective Underwear, she has purchased and tried at least every brand she can fine with-in a 100-mile radius of her home. Bottom line Tena is superior to similar products, because is fits her body and is super absorbent. She wears panties over this product and feels confident that her clothing fits well and there is no tell-tell sign that she is wearing an incontinency support product.

Excellent Product

This is for my 91 year old mother who weighs less than 90 lbs. We first tried the "adjustable" underwear, kept adjusting and readjusting. TENA's are easy to pull on and were the closest to her "SMALL" size and snug fit. It was getting harder to find this size in the stores until I looked online and saw this item AND it qualified for FREE DELIVERY. Can't beat that with a stick compared to driving around town at the price of gas today!
