These were substituted for a different brand. Only come in S/M, L/XL ect. I wear size 10-12 or M to L jeans/pants. Normally size 7 undies.  Size S/M fit perfect. Surprising comfortable %26 gave me peace of mind during UTI.

Purchased for my mother who just turned 97.  She was having issues with leaks, and as you can imagine her mobility is a lot slower then when he was 92.  So we decided to try the panty style.  These are comfotable for her and she feel secure.  Now going out of the house she is not as anxious about possibly having to find a bathroom quickly.  Good product, glad we found them.

These are really absorbant. 
They're pretty  and not too bulky. The only downfall is  when  they are ripped and all that cellulose gel gets everywhere.
Need a better solution for those people suffering Alzheimers

These panties are face savers (ha ha ha) and the following may be more than enough information. I just want to express my satisfaction and trust in this item.  

They don't leave a diapered look to your derriere. They also don't show a panty line. They can also be helpful if you have a little bowel incontinence.  You have to get the Boutique version as it sits below the belly button.  Most of all, they are very absorbent. You will feel the gel swelling if you really lose more than a hospital sampling of urine. If you suffer from more than a little bit of leakage, you will need to change to another pair.  

I always take these with me on cruise or other trips longer than 3 days so that I don't have to either bring dirty panties home, wash them or have them washed while on cruise. 

I think they cost enough that disposal bags should come with them but it is not a game changer with me. I use the plastic bags you get from the grocery store or the feminine napkin bags located in some restrooms/hotel rooms, etc.  The price seems a little high even pre-pandemic prices were, but they are worth it. You could check their website for coupons.

Very Trustworthy Product

For years i was using depends Decided to give always a try. Well love the Always brand now. The smallmed size fits me better then the depends med  Also much softer fabric. Makes it more comfortable to wear. Like tht it is a lowr rise as well.

What took me so long no to try The Always brand

These are wonderful additions to female protection for menstrual or inconsistence. They fit like underwear %26 don't show through clothes. They average about $1 each but if you 
only need a couple per day, it's worth it. My days vary from “one per day” to “4 per day”. 
I wouldn't buy any other kind.

Great protection without showing at a decent price

My 5th purchase. Fits my high waisted body style best. Thank You .(Has a second style for other body size.) Soft material. Ruffled back and front fit easily and comfortably. Extremely mild odor fades away shortly. However, any mild leakage absorbs quickly and it feels dry.  Cost may seem a little more but I use less product because of its features. Satisfied.

Good product! I had ordered an XL going by size chart on website but I should've ordered a 2X. Other than fitting tighter than I would've preferred, it did a good job!!

Highly recommend these for post partum. I wore them immediately after delivering and they were so comfortable! I wore them for about the first week and they weren't overly bulky under my clothes.

I'm secure knowing that my butt doesn't look all bunched up and padded like the elderly ladies of the past. I'm secure in knowing these keep me dryest with no leakage; I've tried many top brands. I'm secure in knowing my test driving of incontinence help aids is over. lol the struggle is real. I took off stars because the part of the pad that runs up behind... starts folding down if I'm pulling them down frequently. still yet Always Discreet Boutique are the only adult 'pull-up' i but now.

I am a size 2-4, so I don't think that's the issue.
