After the undeniable media and commercial success of the 12 Hommes Rapaillés vol. 1 and 2 records (+ than 65 000 copies sold), Spectra Musique reveals the release of a new album consisting of symphonic versions of 13 tracks from both volumes. Orchestrated and arranged by Blair Thomson, the titles originally set to music by Gilles Bélanger were admirably produced by Louis-Jean Cormier and Martin Léon. The songs, construed from poems by Gaston Miron as published in 1970 on L'Homme Rapaillé, will feature Jim Corcoran, Louis-Jean Cormier, Michel Rivard, Richard Séguin, Daniel Lavoie, Martin Léon, Yann Perreau, Yves Lambert, Michel Faubert, Pierre Flynn, Vincent Vallières, et Gilles Bélanger. Each artist will perform one song with musicians from l'OSM in this grand and disarming musical tribute to one of Quebec's great poets who passed away in 1996.
