I love the fridge, it works great, nice and cold so far, but it didn't start out that way because when FedEx delivered with it was on its roof, it was upside down which everyone knows it has to sit atleast 15 hours before its plugged in and started, otherwise it's great.

Like other reviewers, I find that the great features of this mini refrigerator are: 1. quietness 2. keeps items very cool at half setting 3. very roomy inside 4. low power usage 5. great value for the cost. 6. great warranty I highly recommend it for the bedroom, man cave, garage, or wherever. The very few negatives have also been mentioned by other reviewers: 1. no inside light 2. opening the door will move the whole unit unless you hold the unit still while opening door. Buy this item you won't regret the choice.

Fantastic mini refrigerator

measure KWH energy consumption at 1/2 and full dial. Never used more than 18 kw/hr less than energy rating. Fast delivery. good space utilization in the fridge area but at expense of freezer. Freezer is height might be too short for larger freezables but it's still what I expected. Time will tell on reliability.

nice low energy mini fridge...quick delivery

Sharp looking and it keeps items very cold. Got this for the break room at work. Would definitely recommend it.

Very nice!

i read some reviews saying that this mini fridge made noise, but i have found this to be untrue, at least with the one i got. this unit is absolutely amazing and a great deal for the amount of space i have in it. i use mine for my insulin, i'm a type 1 diabetic, and for sugar loaded drinks for any hypos or low blood sugars. the only issue i had with it was that i couldn't tell which direction to turn the nob for the temperature but contacting Danby on Facebook solved that issue very quickly. all in all, this is a perfect fridge and i will not hesitate to buy from them again.

excellent mini fridge!

great price

I was skeptical @ buying this fridge for work, because the reviews were varied. I took a chance and am very happy with the delivery (no dings or dents) as well as the quality and look of the fridge for the money spent.

Great fridge for the price

The good: keeps food cold! Nice looking and sturdy cabinet. Shipping carton protected from any shipping damage. Pick up at local Walmart went smoothly and it arrived quickly.
The bad: no interior light. Only one adjustable leveling foot, so surface must really be level for unit to be ok. Unit's feet are slick, so unit can slide easily when opening door. 18 month in-home manufacturer's warranty may require you to travel to an authorized repair facility if one is not in your area. Energy Star sticker has nasty adhesive. I had to use Goo Gone to remove it.

Nice unit, but lacking a few features

I recently began juicing which requires a huge amount of vegetables and fruit. My refrigerator was overrun by them and I was getting very frustrated with my lack of ability to find what I was looking for amidst the sea of green. I purchased this unit specifically to store my fruits and veggies and it does the job. Unfortunately there is only one temperature control for the small freezer section and the fridge. Any fruits or veggies stored on the top shelf tend to freeze. It also has a slightly annoying whine to it sometimes, but for the price I'm happy and it does what I intend for it to do.

Good for extra fridge space

GREAT BUY!

Got this fridge online when it was on sale and kept it in box for three month until the place got ready. Unfortunately, it didn't work properly.
Per guidelines here I avoid writing about Danby customer service - even though a good support for a product is a part of its quality - so you'll save lines and lines of readings here!
Thanks Walmart that eventually sorted this out although it cost me two ways for dropping off the broken fridge at the farthest Walmart store in Toronto and picking up a new one.
Moral of the story; try whatever you got hard in the first three month after purchase before end of Walmart return Policy otherwise you'll regret!!
