Perfect for the room size making it energy efficient.  Easy to install and simple but functional controls.

Right size

It was easy to set up quickly and it got my small apartment cooled off quickly. All the pieces fit together nicely. The box was a bit heavy for this 76-year old to move into my suite, but once I managed it was fine. Also it's a tad on the noisy side, but for the price I don't feel I could do any better.

This portable air conditioner is fine. I like it because you don't have a unit sticking out like a sore thumb. It is easier to clean and keep dry. Not as likely to develop mildew.

I got my portable air conditioner but have not tried it yet I so happy I got it before they said I would very happy

arrived damaged with a damaged wheel, happens, dealing with the support made me disappointed that I got involved in it (took to much time to find a good resolution, still waiting for the refund)

the unit is quite noisy, doesn't fit into my window, and again takes time to find a solution how to fill the space (window cover is too short, the extension is too long, cut it or do a new one, ... not sure yet, what is included in the box doesn't fit...). no insulation at all, plus lots of holes and crevices for the heat leaks... You will have to work around...

but it is cheap
