Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looking forward to using it for Christmas. I haven't opened the box yet,I am going to Ecuador to live and will be taking it with me. I know it will be fine though as I had one in U.K. For about 10 years and they work superbly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average Performance, Not the greates Bought this a month ago and returned it after some use. It was large and overbearing on the counter and did not fit under our cabinets so it took some countertop reorganization. Performance wise, it doesn't do a bad job on regular soil level. It doesn't seem to get hot enough to wash out coffee/tea stains inside mugs which was a disappointment and it doesn't do a great job on pots. I found I had to scrub it by hand a little and then put it in to finish the job, but most full sized moderate quality dishwashers can do this. Sometimes detergent is the problem and I was using finish powder with finish quantum rinse aid. I always ended up with grains of undesolved soap no matter how little I tried to use and the leveling of the unit seems slightly off as the grains would always pool near the door and have to be wiped out after each load - this could be my countertop though. Lastly, it is easy to hook up, but the aerator it gives for the sink makes the faucet very tricky to use when just washing dishes or your hands, with the pressure it sprays water off any surface rather than no spritzing off and just soaking items like it does with a normal aerator. As well, I found the plastic connections in the back to be asking for trouble, they seems to looses too easily and can become damaged too easily if you are the type to overtighten. For the price, I don't think there is much better. Definitely not full sized dishwasher results and partly I think it has to do with the new detergents as the best ones are found in the tabs and packs and I don't think you can use those in a mini unit beciase it would be too much soap. the instructions make no mention of liquid soap being an option and I have always been told by technicians that liquid is better than powder for dishwashing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Is not *that* noisy and it cleans well The noise can occur on longer cycles and when the counter is slightly unlevelled. Once property levelled there is less noise. The cleansing power is good.
