Eric Clapton is a legend. In the 60s his nickname was God. In any poll of the all-time greatest guitarists he's always at or near the top. Whether as a member of The Yardbirds, Cream, John Mayall's Bluesbreakers, Blind Faith or as a solo artist he has been a bestselling recording artist for nearly 40 years. This concert was filmed at the Birmingham NEC on July 15 1986, shortly after the completion, but before the release of, the "August" album. The concert combines tracks from the "August" album with classics such as "Crossroads," "White Room," a full length version of "Layla" and "Sunshine Of Your Love." Phil Collins takes lead vocals on a version of his huge hit "In The Air Tonight" which features some stunning guitar work from Clapton. The original tapes have been remixed in Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS Surround Sound.
