At only 14, Domenic Cocco began working in a pasta factory in Fara San Martino, Italy. He devoted his life to this craft and passed his knowledge onto his son Giuseppe. Today, Giuseppe Cocco uses the same methods in their home-style production as were used at the beginning of the century. This is real, artisanal pasta.
