Not What We Ordered

These are not the bags i ordered, and I order 5 only  received 1

Online orders need better attention to detail

I never received the product and the value was charged

I didn't receive

I ordered different trash bags and when prompted, I indicated NO SUBSTITUTE.
I received email my order was ready for pickup and that they substituted with different bags. I did not want to drive all the way to the store to pick up the purchase only to return it for a refund. Price of gas was not worth it to me. Since it was the only item I had ordered, I don't know why there is no option to virtually return the item and have my card credited.
I tied at least 20 times to “chat” with the chat bot to resolve the issue but it kept crashing' {We're sorry, something went wrong. Please try again}
The next day I called the store and was put through to the on line orders associate who was able to do the refund back to my card 
This was a total waste of my time. And I will never again order ‘grocery' items on line again! First and LAST TIME!

Nobody can do things right anymore!
