Ratings & Reviews+

Great Value Three Cheese Hamburger Meal Maker is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Salt, salt, and more salt These are almost half the price of the brand name boxes. There is a reason for that. I'm too scared to try either of the other two varieties I bought now. Apparently the three cheeses used are all salt. That was literally all we could taste. Even with copious amounts of ketchup it was inedible. Spend the extra buck and get the brand name stuff, at least you know you'll be able to actually eat it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saucy! I like this better than Kraft Macaroni, because it has more sauce. The previous comment about more salt than HH seems unfounded - when I compare the nutritional facts, there is similar Sodium/serving in both brands. Besides if you're not happy with Great Value brand, you can get a refund! Unlike the Hamburger Helper brand, Great value does not appear to use partially hydrogenated oils. Partial hydrogenation is an industrial process used to make a perfectly good oil, such as soybean oil, into an unhealthy (though cheaper way to remain shelf stable) oil
