After using the Hamilton Beach Retractable Cord Iron, I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. The retractable cord is a game changer, as it eliminates the hassle of dealing with tangled cords. The iron itself is lightweight and glides smoothly over fabrics. It heats up quickly and has adjustable temperature settings, which is great for different types of fabrics. The steam function works well and easily removes wrinkles from clothes. I also appreciate the auto shut-off feature for added safety. This iron is a great value for its price and I highly recommend it.

Great iron with the cord organizer.  It's not too heavy if concerned on the weight. It looks stylish plus great price

The perfect iron

I have used the iron to apply T-shirt transfers.  It is lightweight but heats quickly.  The stainless steel heating plate glides smoothly across the fabric and transfer parchment.  The retractable power cord makes implementation and storage ultra-easy.

Lightweight with High performance

I ordered on line for store pick-up. I am keeping the iron because I used it, and it worked, however, at the time I couldn't bring it back because I needed it right then, however, it had already been used and put back in the box and taped with tape that doesn't normally come on a box like that. Someone bought the iron and used it and returned it! That box was not factory sealed. Plus, the packaging was not done like it is when it's factory packed. It wasn't packed- it was just stuffed in there! I am aware that people bring things back and you guys just put it back on the shelf! This is not the first time and I know it won't be the last time it's not even the fifth or sixth time And I am not the only one who has experienced this. Shame on you!

Like the product but not the handling of the sale!

I like the retractable cord and the iron is a decent weight  so I feel it gets out wrinkles easier than a lighter  weight iron.  But the temp dial moves way too easy and each time you grab the handle your hand hits the dial so its hard to keep it at the desired temp, which can be dangerous.

The product leaks water , I should  have returned it already but been working . I also saw that it was retaped that should have been a flag that someone else bought it and returned it .

This was a terrible product. We filled it up when we started to iron. The bottom just leaked all over the place. It would not hold the water correctly and now I have to go back and try to get a new one would definitely not recommend this product.

So disappointed

Do not recommend. As others have also written, this iron leaks a lot and also has rusting parts that makes the water orange which leaks out. This iron has stained a piece of clothing that has not washed out. Very disappointed in this iron. I've purchased another iron of a different brand to replace this one.
