Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big Bang for the Buck- A great buy I bought this back on December 7th from Wal-Mart online and it was only last night when I finished building it. The delivery was decent time. But it was just left outside my door when I arrived home. I didn't build it right away because I busy with work and Christmas preparation. I took it easy, not in a rush to finish it and it took me more or less 3 to 4 hours just by myself to build it. The TV stand material is not real wood. If you are looking for real, pure, high quality wood, then this is not for you. Despite the laminated man-made wood compound material, it's sturdy enough to hold our 40 inch TV, it's rated for heaver/bigger TV. There are some slight imperfection-cuts on the back cardboard, and a few screws over-supplied (1 extra OO screw, 4 extra PP screws, 5 extra QQ screws, 1 extra II CAM cover), which is way better than missing a few pieaces. On the setup instruction booklet, there is a wrong illustration on page 7, the board D is display opposite. On page 6, the Black 1-7/8" PAN HEAD SCREW. For me, this 2 screws were not supplied, instead, I used the extra Black 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS, which has 2 extra, which can also used instead of the Black 1-7/8" PAN HEAD SCREWs. You have to use a little thinking beyond the setup instruction booklet and common sense building this TV stand because a couple of the illustrations are slightly incorrect, or if the current setup doesn't make sense, look a few pages ahead to see what it's going to look like, what screws or parts are going to be used. My advise is before you start building the TV Stand is to lay the parts on the floor and count and label them so you know where to get them when they're needed for the step. Also don't rush, take your time. Before you do it think if it's correct and what it's going to be like when done. On page 16, the BACK (G), make sure you align the Cut-out (used for lifting) upper perforated line against the lower edge of TOP (E2) so when you have to lift it later, there is no extra cardboard pressing your hands. On page 18, make sure you use screw in PP screw in the middle of the the 3rd vertical oblong hole on the Extension Slides (X) so the drawer closes just on the correct height in the drawer frame. I bought extra felt feet for the TV Stand because they are not provided. Use this if you have hardwood floor and you don't want your floor to be scratched when moving the TV Stand. This is optional. In summary, for the price and looks it's well worth it. Now I can enjoy the 40" TV on this TV Stand. I am happy with this TV Stand purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Boys dresser A lot of pieces to this one. The unit is very heavy once put together. Give yourself several hours to assemble. Very nice piece for the price. It does have a cardboard back.
