HomeTrends 8' Square Hardtop Gazebo is rated 4.1875 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Well priced but it doesn't fit together properly The instructions are minimal so you really have to pay attention to assemble it. Assembly was extremely time consuming as several of the holes did not match. We had to improvise and redrill new holes in order to make the pieces fit. The one corner pole for the roof had to be shortened as it was too long and wouldn't fit either. There are no curtains available to purchase to fit the gazebo. I contacted the manufacturer, before even getting the gazebo, regarding curtains and they have yet to call me back. I wasn't about to return the item or wait for new parts as likely they wouldn't fit properly either and I did not want a half built gazebo sitting in my yard awaiting parts. A flimsy gazebo as it does not take much wind to move it around. Still way too early to determine durability as it has been up for 2 weeks now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Product Great gazebo. Easy to assemble, providing that you are of average intelligence, and have the ability to put square things in square holes. I would suggest that if you do not have a socket and ratchet set then buy one! By the way, you do not need eight adults to assemble as suggested by the manual.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Gazebo but prepare for some work I was happy to find a hardtop gazebo reasonably priced. This comes in one box and is very heavy. The delivery driver suggested that this should be shipped in two boxes. Good idea. Putting this together was a bit of a nightmare. The instructions were difficult to understand, but if you focus it should be no problem. Also be prepared to spend a good day putting this together. The instructions stated that you should have 8 people to raise the roof. It was only myself and two teenage kids so we made do. I lifted the roof to it's side while my kids bolted the top legs. My son and myself then lifted the gazebo on the attached legs while my daughter bolted in the other two legs. I then went around and tightened everything. If you don't have 8 people handy there are other ways. After everything is said and done, the gazebo is very sturdy. I would have given this 5 stars had the instructions been more clear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good appearance! We ordered this Gazebo on August 19th and it arrived after several phone calls on September 6. It was poorly packaged, it would have done better if it was in two packages. Would also have been easier to assemble if the bolts were a Robertson square instead of an Allen recess, we could have used a cordless drill. After the day it took to assemble, it does look good and was worth the effort.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice little gazebo at an unbeatable price! Easy to assemble (2 PEOPLE NOT THE 8 RECOMMENDED!). My wife an dI completed in under two hours. Try to use cordless drill or screwdriver it saves a lot of time and effort. 1 roof panel had a crease in it - but not worth waiting for another to be sent.
