Also, after I plan the workouts, I go to "Cool Down" and then one or two of the toning sessions. One can lengthen the toning sessions by doing it two or three times in a row and then one can finish with the total stretching session.

The best feature of this video is being able to mix up the miles in any order and have the play without having to go to the menu between. However, the cool down doesn't play for me, I do have an older DVD player and perhaps this is why. The toning sections where a disappointment as they are too easy and short, but great for a beginner. If you have other videos of Leslie's don't expect to much new in this one. I also bought her Belly Blasting walk and love it as there are lots of new moves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great in home work-out This was recommended at my Curves location. It really is great when I cannot get to Curves and it is too hot or cold to walk outside. Narrator is really happy about walking but not obnoxious and the mix up of moves is fun.

This DVD provides variety and no matter which one mile segment you complete you will get a full body workout. I like that each walk has different moves so the walks are not boring or repetitive. I also like that I can design my own workout. I'm sure to reach my weight loss goals with this DVD. You can't go wrong picking this one.

But due to the hot weather and me now having a job I am back to working out with Leslie. I was using Youtube to workout with Leslie but one day my internet was down and so I decided that I needed to purchase my own DVD so that I can work out no matter what. The Leslie Sansone: Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan (Widescreen) DVD has been great to work out to. You are able to mix and match to create your own work out with a warm up and a cool down along with (5) walks that range from (1) mile to (5) miles. Once you create your walks, you can change them at any time. It is great to know that on some days I may be able to walk (5 or more) miles and at other times, I may only have time to walk (1 or 2) miles and I can do it all from the comfort of my home. No more worrying about dogs, strangers, sunscreen, bug spray or traffic. Just put it in and go. I love it and use it daily.
