I bought two of these pencils and in the first few days of use I loved them...then something happened.  One day I take the cap of and the actual shadow stick inside the pencil has shrunk!  Not just a bit either...almost 30% of it's size.  So much so that it simply fell out after I took the cap off.  The other shade did the same and I have never seen anything like this.  I never left the caps off either.

Beautiful in the beginning and turns to garbage

I've never really worn eye makeup much because it always seems to melt off my face before I get out the door, but this really stays! I find it very easy to use too: I just draw it all over my lid and blend the edges before it sets (it does set quickly) and I get a subtle smokey look that I love. I've been using the creamy chocolate everyday and now thinking about trying out all the other colors.

I have to purchase sooner than necessary because it just falls out. I absolutely love the color but it bothers me that it does not sustain well in the encampment.

With traditional power pressed eye shadows I have problems with getting powder on the rest of my face when I just want it on my lid, it wears off quickly, and sometimes if I put too much on I look  like a raccoon. This eliminates all 3 of those issues. It's fast, easy application, and most importantly it stays on throughout the day. I was really skeptical when purchasing but it works. I'm not a make up expert, but I want my make up to look nice and fresh throughout the day and I feel like I've a found an answer that most of us aren't using. I'm buying extra!

This eye shadow is a game changer.

This is the best, Long Wearing, true color 24 hour eyeshadow - great for sensitive eyes/skin. You'll LOVE this product. Yes, at the beginning you have to be careful the crayon doesn't fall out it, just needs to seat itself after a few uses & you're good to go. I have very sensitive eyelids & I have no problems.  I get compliments all the time and when I go Home after a long day its nice to see I didn't have to re-apply.  I haven't seen it lately in most places I use to purchase it. Maybelline you need to keep this HOT product as all of my girlfriends at least 12 of them have switched after I told them about the results.

I have been looking for a creamy crayon product for the past 3 years...I was so excited to find these in my favorite brand.  Unfortunately, the first one I bought snapped off with the first use. I bought 4 more and now 3 have broken off within the first couple of uses.  1 broke inside the protective cover before I had it opened.  I am very disappointed in what I thought would be my go to lid color.  I also wish it would come in a wider range of colors.  Maybe greens & blues...

AGGGGGHHHH Not again!!

LOVE IT!  Out of all of the colors I have tried of this type of eye shadow, this one is definitely my favorite.  It truly looks good at the end of my work day.  Alot of shadows will crease and/or fade by lunch - this one does not.  I was shocked the first time I used it.  I got home from work and my shadow was still on my eyelids!  The color is very pretty, too.  I have dark green eyes and it really makes them "pop."  Has a little glimmer to it - very pretty.  Love it!

Shadow Stays on All Day

I have severe Essential Tremors in my head and my hands. I have to have brain surgery for any hope of relief. I'm constantly looking for something in a chubby type pencil, that literally glides on. I pretty much only leave my house for Church, Walmart, and the doctor. But I want to look nice. This is like a MIRACLE!!!!! I use it as my liner and shadow. I have to buy as many as I can amass, because anytime I find something I love, it's soon discontinued:(

I have had the same problems as others. 
Hard to apply because product is too stiff or thick and it falls out of applicator.
It doesn't stay pointed and sharpening ruins product even more! 
I wish it was liquid with a brush or sponge tip applicator. Years ago, I had a product like this and it stayed on until I washed it off.
I'm considering removing it from the tube and melting it down to try and use a brush.

Disappointed!
