Bike is good, price is right. But retail service / courtesy is lacking, clerks are unable to locate stock/inventory or no motivation to look for item availability.

Good product for the price

I purchased this bike a month ago I have owned and built ebikes for over 10 years This bike is a great buy, sure a couple components are not the best, what can you expect for the price  I'm going to upgrade the disc calipers and replace the grips and handle bar head (adjustable) If you are considering a low cost bike this will do it I would recommend

Great Value

I am blown away by the price of this e-bike and the quality of it.  I wasn't sure if 250 watts was going to be enough power to take me up hills but it is more than enough.  When freshly assembled it made a few weird noises from the brakes and from the motor but they went away after a few uses.  I'm 6 feet tall so I wanted a tall bike...this is a big bike!  Perfect for me but may be too big for smaller riders.  Even comes with an LED headlight and electric horn.  The gel seat is very comfortable.  I highly recommend this bike to anyone seeking a cheap but well built e-bike.  Some batteries cost more than this e-bike...great deal!

Best Deal On The Planet!

For the price, this ebike is amazing. It is well built, has good quality components, and performs great. I went out for a 50 km ride today, and the battery voltage barely dropped. I was in PA 3 most of the time (the highest is 5). The bike does not have throttle assist, but I didn't want that anyway. I am 5' 9" and 140lbs, and the bike fits me perfectly. This is my first ebike, so I have nothing to compare it with, but I am very satisfied. I see what other ebikes cost, and am very happy with my purchase. One thing to note, is the settings accessible on the display are listed in the owner's manual, and show default values. These defaults are for the display, and not this ebike. If you are going to change anything, make a note of the settings beforehand.

Fantastic Value

Good and solid product. A little bit tricky to assemble it. Instructions not very clear.
Very good for someone going out for a relaxing bike ride. Require very little effort once the motor kicks it. 
It would be a perfect product if it has a throttle control too. 
It's a big bike though, I'm 5,9" and I have to adjust the seat to the lowest level.

First off let me say you can remove the battery it's not as easy as with other b e-bikes.  you need to take the battery controller out which is is easy enough to do next you have to do undo for Phillips screws on top of the frame  where the battery sits.  only take out 4 screws that are the closest  2 battery controller. There's four more screws High up but don't remove those ones.  It is the back part where the battery sets. .  if you remove it it's going to take effort put it back into place. next you're going to need a pair of pliers I recommend needlenose to pull out the battery you could pull on the  negative and positive cords  to remove it also.

Great price for what you get with it. Good shifter, nice seat, headlight, display, decent tires ... But there were a few disappointments and concerns. Significant play in the front wheel and/or fork when front brakes applied. Major motor hum and resulting bike resonance at 15kph. Handlebar grips very poor.

I live in a city with some steep hills. The bike can go up them fine (if you're ok with the hum), but coming down, I'm a little nervous with the brake quality (despite them being disk brakes) and front wheel play as mentioned.

Will likely be returning.

A little disappointed

I knew I was taking a risk buying this ebike. The price was cheap, so,I didn't have high expectations. The ebike seemed great at first and I really thought I had lucked out. I took it for a ride and I was impressed with the power assist and the feel of the bike. Unfortunately, after the first ride I statred to have problems. The speedometer stopped working and the motor struggled to power me up a hill. I recharged the battery. The next day the motor stopped working altogether. Luckily, Walmart has a great return policy and I wheeled the bike in and got my money back. I am disappointed because I actually liked this bike and was looking forward to some nice rides on sunny days. I guess you get what you pay for.
