Ratings & Reviews+

NetTalk Duo WiFi is rated 2.0909 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Product is still better than customer support I bought this a year ago from a local store it worked reasonable in first year and then comes the time to renew the service. I renewed it on September 2014 by paying 49.99 but since last three days unaBLE TO MAKE OUTGOING CALLS as message played is that I do not have enough credit to make calls. The plan is renewed unto September 2015. Support is silent with no response other than a ticket number. Support phone line takes u nowhere and online chat which is available only for 6 hours (10-4) EST as every time you connect to chat it displays 20-50 people ahead of you in Que and never got a chance to chat with a representative .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great telephone Free, fast shipping from Walmart. Nettalk duo wifi was super easy to set up, didn't need the instructions. Phone works great and instead of paying $60/month it will cost $50/year. Couldn't believe previous bad reviews as I haven't had a problem in over 5 months.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM ITS NOT WORKING I just bought a Nettalk duo at Staples all the stock were returns...first bad sign. Usb driver did not work - strike 1. Sign on and password didnt work - strike 2. Put in support ticket Ticket ID: JTC-130-50740 last week Monday still no response - strike three I'm out. Bought a Magic Jack that setup in less than a hour, yessss. In my mind this company and their hardware is all a waste of money and time. With all the time I wasted with this I have invested the time back at Staples and Future shop telling the reps not to sell them unless that want a mad off customer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ok if u are not picky about sound quality, no 411 Pros: It dials a number, it rings, you talk to people, activation is painless if you take the new number they offer. Cons: raspy sound, occassional drop out every 2-5 minutes while in call, 411 does not give Canadian numbers, 411 only has phone numbers for USA. Cannot record your own voice mail greeting. Wifi feature will not work if the router requires you to use a guest log-in page as the settings only accomodate an SSID and wifi key. Ran into this problem at a hotel... so overall the wifi feature is not as useful as it sounds. Have not had a chance to use 911 but the other negative reviews on 911 have me worried enough that I would probably use my cell phone if the need arose.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from poor customer service and not a good product I purchased online and they sent me used equipment. I started it up and got the dial tone. Next day it show busy tone for the dialed #. I dialed few phone numbers and it sounds busy...busy.. tone. Then I dialed my another home # and rings. There was no customer service # and I e-mailed customer service, they asked my phone # instead telling how to fix or telling there phone #. Returned to walmart
