Perfect

This is by far the best commercial rose sauce I've tried.  It's wonderfully thick, creamy & tomato-y.  Not at all acidic.  My only complaint is that the package was so small!  It was really only enough for one serving.  As such, it's a bit on the expensive side, but on the other hand, it could probably be served in a restaurant, so I guess you get what you pay for.
