Rated 2 out of 5 by from Horrible Company. Good toothbrush. Packaging has no mention of product being recyclable. Packaging say battery is non replaceable. It should be easy to swap a AAA battery as end of handle unscrews conveniently. Packaging says replace every 3 months. Procter & Gamble is being irresponsible for the sake of greed. Noticed all this on my second and last purchase of this product. Shame on you Procter & Gamble.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed This is the first battery operated toothbrush that I ever tried. I don't know if it cleaned my teeth any better than a manual toothbrush but the battery died after 35 days of once a day use. So 35 uses and it is now a manual toothbrush. What a waste of money and I really was not impressed anyway by the brushing action. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Battery died after 3 weeks Battery died after only 3 weeks of use. Tried to change the battery but had to bend the contact back, and can't bend it back to make it work again. Turns out, this has been happening and Oral B has been getting this feedback at least as far back as 2010, and still hasn't fixed the design. Another review noted the packaging suggested throwing the toothbrush away and buying a new one when the battery died. What a waste of money, and absolutely zero environmental consideration. Which is really too bad, I like the toothbrush but will never buy another one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great brush... Unit you need to change the battery I was absolutely loving this toothbrush until it stopped vibrating. It started to occasionally stop during brushing then it quit all together with less than 1 month of use. No problem I thought, I'll replace the battery. Wow, what a terrible design. To get the battery out you have to bend the tabs which of course make it impossible to get contact when you put a new battery in.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Doesn't work after replacing battery Love the Pulsar action and the comfortable feeling in your hand. However, once you need to replace the battery, it stops working. Disappointed in the need to replace battery and then not have the toothbrush work!
