I have used this toaster for about 2 weeks, and I love it. It is a quality product. When you push the bread down, it's smooth and the bread doesn't fly out of the machine when done. The toaster doesn't get hot to touch when cooking. I like how you can adjust the settings and there is a button to push when you need the bread released. I would highly recommend this toaster to any of my friends.

After 25 years, our toaster was, well, toast, so we looked on line for a reliable, well-rated toaster, made in North America or Europe, that also came in red to match our retro kitchen. The toaster is solid and toasts bread and bagels evenly. Thinking of buying one for my mom, who likes her toast quite dark. We've only gone up to three and it is plenty dark enough. Can't imagine what 10 is like!

Great for those who like consistent toasting

It toasts evenly. We normally use it for whole grain bread. However, the doneness control cannot be set above the halfway point or the toast will burn. The higher settings are useless.

Nice looking

Needed a new toaster and thought a 4 slice would be a good idea.  Love the style, color and ease of use.  Only one problem, it toasts darker on one side than the other so bread has to be taken out and turned around for even toasting

The toaster I received was burning the edges around my toast know what the settings were set at.

Not happy with the toasting.  One side stays almost white and the other side almost burns.  That's on every setting.  I called when it came because it was really sealed when it arrived so means it was opened.  The lady responded assurred me it was a brand new toaster. I think this toaster was dropped it something.

Not to Happy

I bought this and you need to keep a very close eye on it the first day we tried it worked awesome that night I'm glad I was awake  because it just randomly started on fire  we used it in the morning so I dont understand why 12 hrs later why it caught on fire.

Be very careful

I usually love Oster products. However, this toaster is terrible. No matter which setting is used, it burns on one side and the back of the bread remains untoasted

Terrible Toaster

Bought this toaster as a christmas gift, it looks great exactly what he wanted. Downside - it does not toast evenly, one side is ready the other is not....
