Québon 15% Country Style Cream, 473 mL

This cream is a perfect consistency for all your needs.  In coffee, it is thick and creamy and gives the coffee a rich, indulgent taste.  I also used it poured over homemade apple crisp, and it complemented the dessert without being overpowering.  It did not separate or pool at all - it just made the food better.

I am using the country cream for a lot of different recipes, meals and desserts. The 15% is versatile, I am replacing a recipe asking 10% cream by 15% and also replacing the 35% by a 15%, for a lighter meal. This is always the one I am buying.

In my childhood, we would get our milk directly from the farm, my mother would scoop the cream of the top, we would have it with fresh picked wild berries. Heavenly!

I just love Quebon’s products and the country cream is no exception. 15% but not less tasty than the 35% one. My pasta was excellent due to this creamy product.

I love to use this 15% champetre cream on my fresh berries, particullary on my fresh cut strawberries with a little pinch of sugar.
