Rated 5 out of 5 by from this is the best Personal Groomer on the market I am a Barber and have been using this groomer since 1992. It is the best I ever bought. Please do not quit making this trimmer. I have even given them away to my customers. Thank you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lasted only a month. A waste of money. Bought for my husband, and it only lasted a month. The position where the on/off/battery compartment is poorly planned. It would work sometimes, and not others. Finally, it stopped working all together. Not happy with this purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from bought to replace model NE-1 Seems to do a pretty good job so far. The NE-1 I've had for years seemed to work a little better, really liked it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good except On/Off mechanism Works great, but the method for on/off is clumsy because it involves rotating the same parts that access the battery. Rotating too far releases the battery. Not a major issue, but mildly annoying.
