RESCUE! TrapStik for FLIES is rated 3.3333 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these fly traps!! Best ever Every summer I have a problem with fruit flies and other small type flies (of course regular houseflies as well but a higher number of the others). I've been using these traps for months now and LOVE them. I have ZERO complaints. They are sticky, They are attractive unlike the fly tape ribbons, They attract flies and even moths to them, They stand on their own or You can hang them if desired. Best of all: they are NOT eyesores!!! The flies blend into the colors, and they do not scream bug catcher. Like another reviewer posted, they come in a cardboard liner, once removed it exposes the trap which has a white liner attached to it. Using your thumb and index finger, grab the corner and gently peel it away to expose the sticky surface. Place catcher in areas where flies gather, for example: I place mine by my kitchen sink, near garbages and near my guinea pig cages. They are very very sticky, so don't touch the sides of em. When in the standing position, they can wobble a little so don't put them in places where a pet could brush by them, or a wobbly table as they could easily tip over. I love these. I just wish they were in stock more as they aren't available at my local store.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's sticky! I've just installed the Rescue TrapStik for flies and will know in some months how effective it is at ridding flies. One tip, when you peel away the liner, you will almost certainly get the strong gooey substance on your hands and fingers due to the way the single sheet of liner wraps around the hexagonal tube. It would have been easier if smaller individual liners were used. The plastic liner is soft and can tear making it necessary to get your hands on the goo which readily transfers to your hands. Be warned that 15-30 minutes of scrubbing with soap won't completely rid the goo from your hands. Have rags and oil ready, you don't want to be hunting around for them with that goo on your hands. The Rescue Fly Tape are easier to use, just plan where you want them and have strings, zip ties, and what not ready before unrolling the tape. The goo is on both sides of the tape, you can't place it lying flat. They have the same very sticky gooey substance that clings to your fingers, but you are not likely to get any on your hands if you are careful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Yes it's sticky, IF something LANDS on it. This trap is still clear of any flies after 4 days in a house with a bloom of new flies. This product is less effective than any other sticky fly paper I've ever used. Real pretty, but does nothing to attract flies.
