Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice alternative to regular flour I was recruited to try this product for a reduced price and share my honest review. Prior to using this product, I was a bit hesitant, wondering how the end taste was going to be. I choose a recipe for chocolate chip cookies from the Robin Hood site. The gluten-free flour looked the same as regular flour and mixed up the same. The final result - the cookies were quite good. I did notice that they tasted a little different, but not in a bad way. Perhaps a very little bit more like a cake texture. I had someone else taste test the cookies and they didn't notice anything different. Be careful not to overbake though - I could see these cookies getting very hard if I left them in too long. I would definitely use Robin Hood Gluten-free Flour again. My only issue with it would be that the cost is high relative to regular flour. Anyone leading a gluten-free lifestyle would find this a wonderful and delicious option.

I've gone back to gluten in my baked goods as I have never been able to find a flour that I liked to bake with. I can't say that anymore :) I will definitely buy this again. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Surprised that it tasted great! I found that the flour was a bit grainy and smelled a little weird. I made waffles and the texture seemed off and I really thought that it wouldn't taste very good. However, I was pleasantly surprised because it actually tasted quite good. I am trying to cut back on gluten and this flour is an easy alternative to what else is available. I like that I don't have to mix different gluten free products to achieve the results that I want. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gluten free flour that tastes like white flour! I was really excited to try this gluten free flour as I have many gluten sensitive people in my life. I am happy to report that I am thrilled with the end results! I decided to try two recipes from the Robin Hood site. I figured they've created and tested these recipes with this flour blend so they must be good! I made the gluten free chewy fudge brownies and the blueberry buttermilk pancakes. Both turned out amazingly well! There wasn't a grainy texture or strange aftertaste like I've experienced with other gluten free flours. The consistency isn't overly powdery and mixes well. It is really easy to work with. The gluten free flour is more expensive than regular white flour but a lot cheaper than buying pre-made gluten free products or gluten free baked goods at the Bakery. I will definitely buy this again and again! I am excited to try out some bread recipes. I was recruited to try this product at a reduced price and share my honest review.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Different experience I found the Robin Hood Gluten Free Flour different. The first time I used it the muffins seemed heavy. The second time I used a bit less flour and I can not describe the problem but the muffins did not seem right. The third time I did half gluten free and half multigrain flour and the muffins were great. Not sure what to think of just the Robin Hood Gluten Free Flour....perhaps I would buy it again but not sure. Overall it was an unique baking experience.
