Great purchase

Cons:  A)  no assembly directions with product.  I have experience assembling furniture, so it wasn't a deal for me, but others may need a little guidance.   B)  All of the viewable surfaces looked great.  The backside was bare wood/pressboard.  I painted all the bare surfaces black.  

Pros:  A)  Looks fantastic!!!  You'll notice in the picture its on a twin size bed.  It was difficult to find a twin size headboard that I liked.  I purchased this in a full-size model, then cut it down to twin-size.  That's how much I like the look of this.  B)  Assembly was straightforward and easy (even without directions...)  C)  It comes with a small black marker to color in any small scuffs or dings.

The assembly instructions were pathetic. They were very hard to follow, but I finally got it together after a few extra holes that were unnecessary.

Price is appropriate.  The back is rough texture so curtains catch on the back.  Also no bolts provided to attach to the bed frame so these had to be purchased separately.

Not happy with the product. As we took it out of the box, a piece broke in half. Would not recommend .
