Sent this to my grandson for his 3rd Birthday.  He loves it that he can use whiteboard markers and magnets on one side and it has a chalk board in the other side that he can “chalk” and ERASE!! Nice to have the trays on the ends for the chalk and markers, too!

Great alternative to the Computer for 3 year old!!

My 1-year-old twins love this easel and the little numbers and letters, although we had to remove the smallest shapes, and we have to always keep an eye on them playing with the rest. There are so many things kids can do with this toy, it's great! It's a very sturdy construction as well. Very pleased!

Definitely glad I went with the Step2 easel.  Has plenty of storage and the clip for large paper or coloring sheets is a great addition.  Our boys love it.  As always Step 2 delivers an excellent product.

You Need This Easel!

Bought this for my grandson's birthday and he is so excited to draw & play with his magnets on it! Mom & dad are happy with it too! I think I hit the jackpot with this one!

All Around Easle

Our 18 month old granddaughter loves this chalkboard and also the magnet board side. Have not introduced her to dry erase markers yet due to her age. Very easy to assemble. A word of caution. I picked it up by the chalkboard to move the hole thing and it fell apart entirely. The pieces slip together but do not lock. Makes for easier storage I guess. Just wish the parts locked somewhat into place.

Our granddaughter loves it

The dry erase board part is great, my 3 year old loves to scribble on it. However, the chalk board does not work well at all. I got colored chalk and it got stained the first day. I would suggest only using white chalk. The magnets are great and overall it was a good deal.

Absurd how hard something that should of been so simple was to put together. The directions are a page and no words..just a few pictures. Says certain pieces snap in and they definitely don't. I actually hurt my shoulder pursuing so hard to get the top piece on correctly. It says on the box you need a screwdriver...no idea what for! There are no screws and no screw holes! As others said doesn't come with chair or eraser or makers which is annoying but at least i knew that going in and ordered some. Once you finally get it together it does seem sturdy. My daughter hasn't used it yet but I feel like shes going to love the soft magnets and all the holders. Lightweight and fits in corner well. Im glad I didn't give up on it but man that's ridiculous to make it so hard with no direction.

Needs better directions

I opened ithe box thinking, "hooray, just one page of instructions!" However, one page is not enough and this can't be assembled with the provided instruction sheet. How frustrating to once again order a Step2 product and have to depend on the greater Internet for assembly guidance.

Poor instructions typical of Step2

We purchased this as a Christmas gift. We opened the box to put it together and one of the legs is missing. I now have to drive 30 mins to walmart to exchange.

Very disappointed
