Ratings & Reviews+

Stitch Sew Quick TM is rated 2.2464 out of 5 by 69.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will break as soon as you use it I bought one a week ago and it stopped working after 5 days. I returned it, hoping that one was defective. I got a new one and it immediately broke. It will only sew really thin fabric and will not hold up for more than a hem every few months. Admittedly, the project I had in mind for the product was probably too ambitious for the little machine but it should have lasted longer than a day (4 seams on a medium piece of satin)!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It is not built to last I have bought 2of these in a space of 6 months and it keeps breaking down, I am not sure why. I can't validate its durability.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I absolutely love it, for small projects. I am horrible when it comes to sewing, especially with the big machines, but this little thing is pretty awesome! It's pretty much dummy proof, but it does take about 5 minutes to get used to it, but the stitching is perfect. My complaints regarding it are pretty simple, and I am learning to work around them. First complaint is that it does slide around in the hand because of how big it is, and it when you try to lay it down it slides a bit too. Again, I am working on dealing with this by putting it on my laptop that has stickers to hold it in place, sort of. My last complaint is how small the gap is to get the fabric to start sewing itself. It feels like it should take 2 people to do this. 1 to hold the arm up, and another to carefully put the fabric underneath. It's still a pretty cool tool, and I can't wait to try it out with other fabrics. It's quick and easy, and does the job perfectly for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect sewing starter I bought this for my 8 year old daughter who loves to design and make outfits for her dolls. I didn't want to get her a sewing machine yet and other "kids" sewing machines got terrible reviews. This is easy for her to use, and she loves it!! Before she was using string and tape to put the outfits together. Now she can actually sew them together! Best idea ever!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fair Watched a lot of video reviews before buying it in 2015. It takes some getting used to operating it productively. Ended up being comfortable putting it between my knees while sitting up on bed. A Little akward but most efficient. Knew it cant be used for moderate to complicated projects in the first place. Work only on thin (not too thin) fabrics and hemming or edges. Already did simple projects. Looking forward to making pillow cases with it soon. Pros: affordable; faster than sewing by hand Cons: hemming/edges only. Skips stitches occassionally making my sewing workmanship loose
