My husband and I have been looking for a Gazebo, since it gets so hot when we sit ouside on our deck. I'm so glad I came across this one. We love it!! We purchased the 10 x 12 Sunjoy Regency ll before getting this one. It was cheaply made. The Sunjoy Darien is solid and it comes with both the curtains and mosquito net. It looks pretty and is big. You will not be disappointed!!! Walmart delivered it quickly!!! ð

LOL for those of us that really need expanded explanations ... the issue with the outer covers is solved! the outer solid panels DO go on the INSIDE of the corner frame, velco to the pole and have a larger velcro for fastening them open.  The Mesh netting has a larger velcro band for binding both sides of the mesh but also includes elastic straps with toggles for just holding up one side - brilliant design, I GET IT NOW!!! STELLAR PRODUCT THANK YOU

If you are looking for a sturdy gazebo this would be the one I have no complaints , the gazebo is beautiful Im glad I picked this one I looked at the reviews before I had purchased it an the reviews are true it takes a while to put together but read the instructions good an it want be a problem thanks to my husband for putting it together Im enjoying every minute of it good purchase  love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a gazebo for quite some time now.  Finally bit the bullet and purchased the Sunjoy 12 ft. x 12 ft. Steel Gazebo with 3-tier Tan and Brown Canopy. I WAS NOT let down.  It takes 2-3 people to set it up, which wasn't difficult at all.  It has 3 breathable tiers so the wind can blow through.  It comes with a very nice mesh screen to keep bugs out.  It also comes with a very sturdy curtain system for privacy. It zips on all 4 sides, which includes both the bug screen and curtain system.  It has a hook in the top center to hang some lights or a hanging plant.  I am so happy I chose this!

Great purchase, so glad we went with the 13'x13�?the extra space was much needed. Curtains are a nice quality and air does seem to move better with the additional layered top pieces. If purchasing a chandelierlanternlight get a chain as it will sit very high. One of the panels was missing a pocket but Wayfair offered a quick fix and we were super happy with the product and service.

I ordered gazebo for an outdoor patio cover. Good instructions to follow. Parts are packed in an organized manner. It will take at least 4 hours to put together. We worked steady with no breaks. My husband and I put together though with no issues. Make sure to pay attention to putting the canopies on correctly in order. That was the only confusing part of the directions. Biggest canopy first. Then second largest. Then add additional bars and add third canopy. You will definitely need...

Put this up last week and love it. Took about 3hrs. Use a cordless drill equipped with proper socket. Can't imagine doing it with the provided tool. They made a mistake and the ‘O' rings supplied will not fit on the upper square shaped bar the curtains go on. The supplied rings work fine on the rounded bar that the mosquito net goes on though. Because these rings didn't fit we mistakenly thought the curtain went on the lower rectangular bar. This looked ridiculous as the curtains were draping on ground and (as seen in photo) created a gap that let water in. We ordered shower curtain rings online that fit the upper rectangular bar and as you can see in photo it stopped water coming in (as where it was supposed to go) and wasn't draping on ground. In photo you will see where original placement of curtain was and where it's supposed to go! Because of the ‘O' rings not fitting I didn't give it 5 stars. We are very happy with this purchase!

Love it! But a few suggestions

This sujoy gazebo is amazing and beautiful! A must buy for sure. 
The reason I gave it a 4 star rating instead of a 5 is because the instruction book is NOT detailed enough with the pictures and wording to show and explain to you how each price is supposed to look when attached to each other during the assembly.
That is also why you can only see 2 tiers at the top instead of 3. I have to go back and redo the top 2 tires so it will show the little on properly.

The instruction pamphlet needs a revision to make it easier. It took me 2 days to put this thing up. But all I'm all IT IS BEAUTIFUL AND JUST WANTED I WANTED! The equipment and canopy, and curtains are very heavy duty and durable!

This is my initial review and I'll review again when it rains to see if everything is protected and stops the rain from coming in.

Big Bang for your buck!!

nice canopy for si,r, and price. UNFORTUNATELY, after 2 months in sun the corners of canopy habe ways and fame punch through.

We are having a freeze here in FL.  I put all my plants under the canopy for protection. Since it was the first time I've wanted to close the curtains I was shocked at the poor quality.  They are flimsy and one was barely attached coming off n the process.. The zipper won't zip and splits in the middle!  These are more suitable for clothing…actually my clothes have sturdier zippers!Where is customer support?  I'd like replacement curtains but will return entire gazebo if I have to.
