The First Years Manual Breast Pump BPA Free is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 26.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great manual pump easy to set up, easy to clean, is quiet and very easy to use. Very efficient as I can control the rate at which the milk is expressed, and can actually get more from this manual pump in a faster amount of time than my electric. Only con is you can only do one breast at a time, unless you get two. Great to throw in the diaper bag, and it comes with two containers for storage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value I bought this pump to replace my Avent manual pump which had horrible suction. This one immediately had better results. Don't be scared off by the low price it performs amazingly!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Pump! I bought this pump after having no success in the hospital with an Ameda electric pump. The good reviews for this one prodded me into purchasing it to see how things went; if I had no luck, then I wouldn't be out a ton of money. Initially, it didn't work. So I took the time to recheck and make absolutely certain that every silicone seal was well-seated. I also watched some videos to make sure I was doing it right. Once I was confident that I had everything in place, including the technique, I tried again. Great success the second time around! I love this pump, I use it daily between feedings to maintain milk supply and to have milk on hand for mixing cereal. If something happened to damage my pump, I would go out and buy another one immediately! Highly recommended.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No electricity? No problem, you can still pump! My sister had purchased "The First Years: Mi pump" that was electric for me. It came with a bottle nipple, a travel bag and only one bottle. It cost around $65.00. The only other one Wallmart Whitehorse had to sell at the time had an electric pump and two bottles but that cost $95.00! I wanted more bottles but they do not sell individual bottles for some reason. I found this hand pump online for $30.00 approx. and it comes with two bottles. It works perfectly and I wash it in the top rack of my dishwasher. if my other pump is dirty I use this one. Also, I spend time with friends once a week while my husband takes care of our baby. I bring this pump with me in the travel bag from the other pump and use it in the bathroom. This allows me freedom to be away more than two or three hours. The electricity was out once when I needed to pump as well, and this was a god-send to own then too! Make sure to read the care and use instructions. :) I did and everything is great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this pump! I bought this pump three days ago and it works really well. No loss of suction, easy to use, really easy to clean, just overall great, even though it's pretty cheap compared to other manual pumps. If you have a hard time using it, watch videos on how to use manual pumps, and remember to wait until your baby is 6 weeks old to use a pump because that's when your milk really gets going.
