I gotten this for my child and first one wouldn't work or it would freeze constantly, finally got a hold of their customer service and FINALLY got it switched out. Then the one that we currently have is literally falling apart! So thank goodness I got a protection plan, but I would never purchase this product again. Terrible customer service. They are based in Canada and it takes forever to get a hold of someone. When I tried to call them they kept on telling me to send an email or go online to the tech support chat. WASTE OF MONEY!

Ok, let me start off by saying that this tablet is wonderful, in theory. My daughter loves the programs when they arent freezing up or moving super slow and it is a tough machine. That is if you finally get one that works. I ordered this for Christmas and by January it had just stopped working. I called and Vinci was very fast and easy about sending me another one, it quit working after a week. At that point I wanted to just get my money back and of course you have to go through Walmart, who has a 15 day return pollicy on tablets. I had not even given her the gift in the 15 days. So I called Vinci who, again, was very easy and sent me another tablet. We are going on the 3rd week and it is still working although it is still slow and freezes up so I assume that will always be an issue. I did give it 2 stars based on how easy it was to deal with Vinci Customer service and the fact that had it worked the first time my daughter did enjoy the programs. If I could go back I would have purchased a different product.

Do not buy this product.

You can download other kids apps from google play. Not like other kids tablets which are not ready. They could improve the camera resolution and the processor speed since it turns slow when using Internet apps. I definitely recommend it !!!

My 3 year old loves it.
