This is an amazing device. I got it a few days ago because my very elderly relative fell and broke her him. ITs perfect to be able to be able to watch her and make sure she is not in Pain. Two friends have come over and seen it and both have ended up buying it for themselves as well. Its just perfectly designed and thought out.

I used the monitor for my elderly father. The night vision is the most helpful. i can check on him during the night without walking in the room and waking him up.

Clear and Handy

So far we really like this camera and monitor. The picture is very clear even at night. It has different light settings and even plays lullabies. The battery life is excellent.

I bought this so that I can monitor my mother who has health problems I tried to two previous baby monitors definitely this is the best one I've run across yet! has really great night vision. I love the fact that I can pan left to right or up-and-down even at night time. The video quality is fantastic.
along with the fact that I am able to hear, sounds or even talk to my mothers need be

This is so nice! The picture is great size and quality. I can hear baby perfectly and he can hear me as well. I love that you can move the direction of the camera and zoom remotely. You can also turn on music and lights on the camera for baby. I have no complaints!

Works perfect!

Connects via Wi-Fi. Has a "Direct-Call" feature. Person in front of the camera can press 1 of 2 buttons on the camera to directly call one of 2 cell phones that you must previously set up.
Phones must have manufacturer's app installed first, and be linked to the camera's (FREE) account. 
You can optionally set it up where these same phones can "Drop In" to monitor the camera's view and sound. (Make sure you have permission and control of this feature...) Very clear picture, and the sound is OK.

Good "Monitor Cam." (For babies and/or adults.)

This is a good basic pan tilt zoom camera. The image quality is dated and not the greatest. I bought this as a backup and because it's closed loop so it can't be accessed through the internet. It functions well and would be amazing if it had better picture quality, but for the price and in my research of other cameras on the market I feel like it's a decent choice. It's fairly portable and would seemingly be good for traveling or if you're not as worried about the image quality.

We got this monitor in March of 2022 and it was great however by the end of the year and even more now September 2023 it's not working like it supposed to… sound on the camera isn't as loud as it used to be.. and getting the camera to move is a struggle sometimes when I turn the volume up or down the camera will move… I would get a new one but we are expecting baby number two and need a monitor that can have multiple cameras.  The charge also doesn't hold well and if it's turned off it will die even if plugged in.  Also, the temperature warning is a bit sensitive and I do not know how to change that so that's user error so we just turned that feature off.

It's good for a bit but starts to break down!!

Bought this in Oct of 2022, haven't had any issues until now! The battery won't charge past one battery level. We use it maybe a max of 5hrs a day and have to charge it 2x a week. This is the second vetech monitor I've bought, both different models and I have the same issues with the battery. I'm tired of spending this amount of money for something that only works properly less than a year! I plan on calling the company on Monday. I'm sure they'll give me the same bs story about not having proof of purchase.

Works great until the battery won't charge

This unit has a great camera but the sound is so quiet you can't hear it with an air conditioner on!  It renders it basically completely useless. It had to be less than half as loud as our old one. Returning it because it really doesn't do it's job.
