Rated 4 out of 5 by from not big enough I just bought this today to use at work, where the water tastes horrible. I like the filter, and it filters the water quickly. The only issue I have is the amount of filtered water it holds. Wish It had a bigger reservoir!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love It!!!! I read some of the other reviews and I have to disagree! When I first purchased mine, I was curious if it actually help 26oz. of water since the filter was so big so I took my 4 cup measuring cup filled it to the 26oz mark and began filling my new tumbler. To my surprise it took all the water but maybe half an oz. and that is probably because I didn't fill it all the way to the straw line for fear of overflow when I put the lid on! I have no problem with it fitting in my cup holder in my car also in the pocket on my backpack! I had another brand (I won't mention) and the water taste so much better with Zerowater! I use it at work and fill it before I leave home and 4 - 5 times at work! I LOVE it and am so happy I happened to notice it when I was buying the other brand's filters!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! I bought the silver tumbler a week ago. I was buying a new filter for our 23cup system and saw this in store and had to have it! I'm not sure what the other reviews are talking about. It fits fine in my car cup holder and is a normal size tumbler just like a non-filter one I own. Both fit 26oz. The filter does not look as large as the picture shows (water makes it look larger). I only have to fill up my cup twice to get a full 26oz. The filter I have filters pretty quickly and takes about 5 or so minutes before it filtered through the top chamber. Tested with my TDS meter and it reads 0. I love that I can bring this to work with me! I used to just have a regular tumbler filled with water from my ZeroWater dispenser and would have to refill with my work's 200+ TDS filtered tap water when empty. Now I don't have to worry! I'm getting ZeroWater anywhere I go! I love it so much I've recommended it to my coworkers and I am going to buy another 1 or 2 for our apartment!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pure water, small quantity I purchased my zero water tumbler at Bed Bath and Beyond last week. It comes with two chambers - the upper chamber holds tap water and the lower chamber holds the filtered water - neither is very large. Also, the upper chamber sits loosely inside the cup, so you have to be careful about getting water in between the two because it will contaminate the water in the chamber below. Well there is a nice advertisement and instructions on how to put it together there is no information about maintenance. How often do you change the filter? How often do you wash out the cup? Every time you use it, after a couple of days, once a week? It takes about 10 or 15 minutes from the time you fill the upper chamber until the time the lower chamber fills with water. I put my cup in the refrigerator so that the water is at least a little chilled before I drink it. You have to be careful when you're filling the upper chamber because if you overfill it it will actually spill in between the upper chamber and the outside of the cup and leak down into the lower chamber. Once you screw on the lid it locks everything into place. I like the idea of a portable zero water tumbler. However because the filter is so large and displaces so much of the area below your actually only getting somewhere between possibly six to eight ounces of water with each filtration. I find I have to fill the cup about 4-5 times a day just working in my office which is equivalent to about I would say two bottles of water. It is bothersome to keep filling the chamber, however I like the idea that I'm no longer using bottled water.
