1.2 cups All Purpose Flour (1 1/4)
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Table Salt
10 tbsp Butter at room temperature
0.5 cup Brown Sugar packed
4 tbsp Granulated Sugar
1 Egg
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips


  1. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium to cream butter until fluffy. Add sugars to butter and mix, 2 minutes. Add egg and vanilla, scraping down sides if needed. Stir in flour mixture and chocolate chips. Scoop into 20 balls and place on a cookie sheet. Chill 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to high. Reduce heat to low. Fold a long piece of foil into 2 quadruple-layer squares. Place on grill and add cookie dough balls on top. Cook, lid closed, 10 to 15 minutes or until golden on the bottom.
