4 slices Villaggio® Original Thick Sliced Italian Style Bread
1 jar Artichoke hearts Marinated and finely chopped (170g)
2 tbsp Sun-dried tomatoes chopped (30 mL)
2 tbsp Grated parmesan (30 mL)
0.25 cup Light mayonnaise (60 mL)


1.   Preheat broiler to high. Mix artichokes with sundried tomatoes and mayonnaise until combined; set aside. Lightly toast bread.
2.   Spread mixture evenly on each bread slice, making sure to cover the edges to prevent burning under broiler. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
3.   Broil 6-inches from top of oven for 2 to 3 minutes on foil lined baking sheet or until bubbly and golden. 

Recipe notes

Tip: Substitute Villaggio Original Thick Sliced Italian Style Bread with any one of the Villaggio Italian Style Bread varieties such as Sesame or Toscana.
