Easy Ravioli Lasagna Bake

This delicious new take on lasagna uses frozen cheese ravioli which eliminates the need to pre-cook the pasta before assembling.

1 lb Ground Beef extra-lean ground beef
1 med White Onion finely chopped
1 med Carrot
3 cloves Garlic, minced
680 ml Pasta Sauce
0.5 cup Water
2 pkgs Frozen Cheese Ravioli uncooked
270 g PHILADELPHIA Italian Three Cheese Cooking Creme
0.5 cup 2% Milk
1.5 cups KRAFT 4 Cheese Italiano Shredded Cheese
2 tbsp KRAFT 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese


  1. Heat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Brown meat with vegetables and garlic in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Stir in pasta sauce and water; simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  3. Spread half the meat sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with half the ravioli. Whisk Cooking Creme and milk until blended; spoon over ravioli. Top with layers of 3/4 cup shredded cheese, and remaining ravioli, meat sauce and cheeses; cover.
  4. Bake 50 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.

Recipe notes

Spray the foil with cooking spray before using to cover the lasagna. This helps prevent the foil from sticking to the melted cheese on top.
