1 tbsp Becel® Buttery Taste margarine
1.5 cups Corn ears corn-on-the-cob, kernels removed (about 1 1/2 cups/375 mL)
0.25 cup Red Onion finely chopped
1 sml Real Zucchini chopped
1 Clove Garlic chopped
0.25 tsp Dried oregano leaves
1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper
0.25 cup Reduced sodium chicken broth fat free


  1. Melt Becel® Buttery Taste margarine* in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook corn with onion, stirring occasionally, until corn starts to brown.
  2. Stir in zucchini, garlic, oregano and black pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Stir in broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
