Grilled Buffalo Chicken Salad

|0.25 cup||Becel® Buttery Taste margarine melted|
|2 tbsp||Cayenne pepper sauce|
|1 lb||Boneless skinless chicken breasts|
|6 cups||Romaine Lettuce torn|
|4||Ribs celery thinly sliced|
|2 lrg||Carrot peeled and thinly sliced|
|1||Small seedless cucumber thinly sliced|
|0.5 cup||Reduced fat low sodium blue cheese dressing|
- Blend Becel® Buttery Taste Margarine with cayenne pepper sauce in small bowl; divide mixture in half and set aside.
- Grill or broil chicken, turning once and brushing frequently with half the cayenne pepper sauce mixture, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 12 minutes. Let cool slightly; thinly slice and toss with remaining 1/2 of the cayenne pepper sauce mixture.
- Arrange lettuce, celery, carrots and cucumber on serving platter. Top with chicken, then drizzle with dressing.
