6 cups Mixed root vegetables 1.5 L, sliced (sweet potatoes, zucchini, peppers, onions, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes)
2 tbsp Olive Oil 30 mL
2 Clove Garlic Finely chopped
0.25 cup Hellmann's® Creamy Balsamic Mayonnaise Type Dressing 50 mL
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar 15 mL
0.5 cup Great Value Pecan Halves 125 mL, toasted
0.25 cup Goat cheese 50 mL, crumbled


  1. Preheat grill. In a large bowl, mix together veggies, olive oil and garlic. Toss until veggies are evenly coated.
  2. Grill until tender-crisp on medium-high heat. Transfer veggies to a bowl and let cool slightly.
  3. Mix Hellmann's® ½ the Fat, vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve veggies warm, drizzled with dressing and sprinkled with pecans and goat cheese.
