1 pkg Knorr® Parma-Rosa® Pasta Sauce Mix
1 tbsp Dry Sherry optional
12 ozs Raw frozen lobster tail meat cut into chunks
2 tbsp Basil leaves chopped, optional
12 linguine cooked and drained


  1. Prepare Knorr® Parma-Rosa® Pasta Sauce Mix according to package directions adding sherry (if using) at beginning.
  2. Stir in lobster 5 minutes before end of cooking.
  3. Remove from heat and if desired, stir in fresh basil. Serve over hot cooked linguine.
