Pasta bake with spinach and artichokes

|4 tsp||Olive Oil|
|6 cloves||garlic clove, minced|
|2 cups||Green Onions Large Green|
|6 cups||Spinach chopped|
|398 ml||Artichoke hearts Drained and chopped|
|2 cups||Vegetable Broth sodium reduced|
|2 cups||Parmesan cheese|
|250 g||Cream Cheese brick, softened|
|1 tbsp||Lemon Juice|
|0.5 tsp||Chilli Flakes|
|0.5 cup||Panko breadcrumbs|
- Preheat oven to 500 F. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water, following package directions but omitting salt, until just barely tender, 6 to 8 min.
- Heat a very large frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then garlic and onions. Cook for 1 min. Stir in spinach and artichokes. Cook until spinach starts to wilt, 2 min. Stir in broth, parmesan, cream cheese, lemon juice and pepper flakes. Stir until cheese is melted, then add pasta. Transfer to a 9 x 13-in. baking dish. Sprinkle panko overtop. Bake in centre of oven until topping is golden, about 5 min.
