0.5 cup Green Bell Pepper
2 Egg beaten
2 English muffins multi-grain English muffins, split and toasted
2 KRAFT Singles Cheese cut in half
2 tbsp Kraft Original BBQ Sauce


  1. Cook and stir peppers in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender.
  2. Add eggs; cook 2 to 3 min. or until set, stirring occasionally.
  3. Place Kraft Singles pieces on bottom halves of muffins; cover with egg mixture, barbecue sauce and tops of muffins.

Recipe notes

Prepare using red peppers and Cracker Barrel Monterey Jack with Jalapeno Natural Cheese Slices.
