1 cup Quinoa 250 mL
2 cups Regular Water 500 mL
2 cups Broccoli Florets 500 mL
0.5 cup Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise 125 mL
1 pt Cherry Tomatoes halved, 500 mL
0.25 cup Fresh Parsley 60 mL
3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice 45 mL
0.13 tsp Black Pepper 0.5 mL


  1. Bring quinoa and water to a boil over high heat in 2-quart saucepan. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until almost all water is absorbed. Stir in broccoli, then let stand covered 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, combine Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice and pepper in large bowl. Stir in quinoa mixture. Serve room temperature or chilled.
