1 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Dry Mustard Powder
0.5 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 pkg Maple Leaf® Pork Tenderloin
0.25 cup Apple Juice
1 cup BBQ Sauce
1 cup Prepared coleslaw
4 Soft rolls or hamburger buns


  1. Combine all of the spices in a small bowl. Rub the pork tenderloin with the dry seasoning. Place in a slow cooker and add apple juice. Cook, covered on high heat for 3 hours or on low heat for 6 hours. The pork should be tender and falling apart.
  2. Shred the pork, using two forks and return to the juices in the slow cooker. Add BBQ sauce and stir to combine.
  3. Toast the buns and top with pulled pork and ¼ cup (60 mL) of coleslaw.
