Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

- Combine all of the spices in a small bowl. Rub the pork tenderloin with the dry seasoning. Place in a slow cooker and add apple juice. Cook, covered on high heat for 3 hours or on low heat for 6 hours. The pork should be tender and falling apart.
- Shred the pork, using two forks and return to the juices in the slow cooker. Add BBQ sauce and stir to combine.
- Toast the buns and top with pulled pork and ¼ cup (60 mL) of coleslaw.
